Donna Willi, Executive Director
Donna has been with the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since August of 2000.  Prior to joining the team at the Council, she ran her own family day care program for nine years. Upon hire, Donna held the position of Registration Coordinator until she took the position of the Executive Director in August of 2010.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Services, some master level credits and has extensive experience in the early care and education field.  Donna is a certified trainer on Aspire and serves on the following Sullivan County Committees and Boards:  Healthy Families Advisory Committee,  Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County Board serving as Treasurer, Sullivan County Center for Workforce Development and REAP.

Michelle Albrecht, Administrative Assistant
Michelle has been with the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since August of 2008.  She has over 20 years experience in business management, administration and bookkeeping, with additional background as substitute teacher, volunteer religious education instructor, Phlebotomist, Reflexologist and small business owner.

Lee A. Brown, Legally Exempt Coordinator & Subsidy Supervisor
Lee has been at the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since 2006. Prior to joining the team at the Council, she owned and ran her family day care program for five years. Lee is the Legally-Exempt Coordinator. She holds an Associates Degree in Arts and Liberal Arts & Science-Early Childhood Education K-6 and is currently seeking her Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies K-8. Lee is a certified NYS Health & Safety Trainer, ECO Healthy Child Care Trainer, Accreditation Observer for NAFCC, State of New York Notary Public, and is a Member of the National Education Association and National Association of Family Child Care.

Pamela DeMarmels, Subsidy Specialist II
Pamela was welcomed as a new part-time employee of the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. in November 2011. Born and raised in Sullivan County, Pamela graduated from Tri-Valley Central School and attended college at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Pamela is also employed by the County of Sullivan, where she has worked in the Office of Audit and Control for the past 15 years and is the Accounts Payable Coordinator. Her position here at the Child Care Council primarily entails the processing and calculation of daycare vouchers within the NYS OCFS Child Care Time and Attendance System.

Theresa Murdock-Marin, Registration Coordinator
Theresa has been at the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since November of 2004. Prior to joining the team at the Council, she graduated from CW Post, LIU and worked at HELP Suffolk. Upon hire, Theresa held the position of Parent Counselor, then Provider Service Specialist until she took the position of Registration Coordinator in September of 2010. Theresa is also a certified Health & Safety Trainer and is certified to teach in English as well as Spanish. Theresa has a daughter that attends child care in Sullivan County, and she understands the need for, and is dedicated to, promoting quality child care in Sullivan County.

Aimee Pittaluga, CACFP Coordinator
Aimee has been at the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since November of 2002. Aimee began at the Council as the parent counselor and is now the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Coordinator. Aimee has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood and extensive experience in child care both as a provider and a parent. Aimee is certified by Safe Kids NY as a car seat technician and belongs to the Car Seat Coalition and is a Breastfeeding Advocate for Sullivan County.

Kelsey Stoddard, Services Specialist
Kelsey has been at the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. since February 2016.  She began her college degree at SUNY Sullivan in 2005 and moved on to SUNY New Paltz to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education,  Birth – Second Grade in 2010. Kelsey completed her student teaching requirements in Mooloolaba, Australia and continued to travel spending time in New Zealand and areas of Europe.  Kelsey holds the position of Services Specialist and is charged with aiding families applying for help to pay for the cost of child care and acts as a liaison between those families and the child care providers they choose.  Kelsey lives in Kerhonkson, NY with her boyfriend Brennan their son, Jakobi.
